Hugo Chavez admits he's a cokehead!

it's cool...he gets some kind of ice cream from castro, and he gets his coca paste from Bolivian president Evo Morales, according to his own words in a speech he gave to his National Assembly.

"I chew coca every day in the morning . . . and look how I am,'' he is seen saying on a video of the speech, as he shows his biceps to the audience.

W could never get away with something like that...
